General Information advice and guidance such as: benefit advice and benefit application, making phone calls, sending emails, writing letters and complains: £25 appointments up to 20 minutes, £45 per hour appointmets over 20 minutes.
Self-employment, mentoring and coaching service – £45 per hour
CV, cover letter, application form writing service – £65 each
CV and Interview Skills workshop – £40 each
Job club and digital skills course- free of charge
Confidence building and motivational skills workshops- £40 online and £80 in the centre
University Recruitment Support – free of charge for partner universities
£45 per hour for other Universities, £30 additional hour

FREE MOBILE DATA, TEXTS, AND VOICE CALLS
We work with Good Things Foundation’s National Databank to provide free mobile data and access to the internet to those people in Coventry who are unable to get online. The databank has been built with support from Virgin Media O2 and with data donated by Virgin Media, O2, Vodafone and Three.
To qualify for free data, you must be over-18 and from a low-income household, and in addition:
Have no access or insufficient access to the internet at home
And/or has no or insufficient access to the internet when away from the home
And/or cannot afford their existing monthly contract or top up
