We offer undergraduate, postgraduate and top up courses. You can expect extensive support during the process of application and after

If you are employed, or not eligible for our employability programmes and looking for career change you can use our services as well:

  • Career Information, Advice and Guidance – £45 per hour(every next hour £30)
  • General Information Advice and Guidance such as: benefit advice and benefit application, making phone calls, sending emails, writing letters and complains: £25 appointments up to 20 minutes, £45 per hour appointments over 20 minutes.
  • Self-employment, mentoring and coaching service – £45 per hour
  • CV, cover letter, application form writing service – from £35 to £65 each
  • CV and Interview Skills Workshop – 4 hours – £50 each
  • Job club and digital skills course- free of charge for all Coventry residents
  • Confidence building and motivational skills workshops- £40 online and £80 in our centre
  • University Recruitment Support – free of charge for partner universities
    • £45 per hour for other Universities, £30 additional hour
  • Training: Working in Business and Administration, Working in Retail and Customer Service, Working in Engineering and Working in Health and Social Care – £60

FREE MOBILE DATA, TEXTS, AND VOICE CALLS

    We work with Good Things Foundation’s National Databank to provide free mobile data and access to the internet to those people in Coventry who are unable to get online. The databank has been built with support from Virgin Media, O2 and with data donated by Virgin Media, O2, Vodafone and Three. To qualify for free data, you must be over-18 and from a low-income household, and in addition:
  • Have no access or insufficient access to the internet at home
  • And/or has no or insufficient access to the internet when away from the home
  • And/or cannot afford their existing monthly contract or top up

We offer language services and support with the following applications:

  • Disability Benefits: Personal Independent Payment (PIP), Disability Living Allowance for Children, Attendance allowance, Carer’s Allowance and more – £45 per hour (every next hour £30)
  • Employment and unemployment benefits: Job Seekers Allowance – JSA, Universal Credit, ESA – Employment and Support Allowance £45 per hour
  • Housing Benefit, Council Tax benefit, Winter Payment and other benefits- £45 per hour
  • Small Money Claim, Divorce Application, Probate, Bereavements Payment and many more £45 per hour
  • Writing complains and other letters or emails £45 per hour
  • Sure Start Maternity Grant, Pension Application, Pension Credit application £45 per hour
